Step 1. Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ and sign-in using your full email address. 

**Note - If you have an account without an email address contact the HelpDesk for further assistance. 

Step 2. If prompted, complete the MFA setup by entering in your cell phone to receive a text with a code. 

Step 3. Click on Password Reset. 

Step 4. Change you password.
