If you are already signed into Outlook on the Web using your VailHealth.org account or some other company email, you must use a private tab or incognito tab to access a second email account. 

1. Open a New Incognito Tab in Chrome or MS Edge.
   
   
2. Go to https://outlook.office.com
   
   
    
3. Log in using your email address username@spsc.com or username@thesteadmanclincic.com.
    
4. Enter your password.
   
   
    
5. Provide Multi-Factor Authentication if prompted
