This Knowledge Base article will document the steps necessary to reset your Cisco desk phone voicemail PIN.
Step 1. Within Google Chrome, navigate to settings.webex.com via the address bar.

Step 2. Enter your work email address into the text field & click Sign In.

Step 3. When prompted, enter your Webex Teams password; if you're unsure of it, the Forgot Password? link will assist you in resetting it.

Step 4. Upon arriving at the following page, click on the 3 dots in the top right.

Step 5. Within the resulting menu, click Reset Voicemail PIN.

Step 6. Enter in your chosen PIN twice, ensuring it meets Cisco's PIN requirements.

Step 7. Once you've entered in a PIN that meets requirements, click Save & your PIN will be reset.
