This Knowledge Base article will demonstrate the steps necessary to reset the cache within Google Chrome; this can help to solve a lot of ModMed issues that one may encounter.
Step 1. From your desktop, open Google Chrome; the red box denotes the desktop name/icon, while the red circle indicates the Taskbar icon you can also use. Finally, the arrow indicates where the Start menu lives, which can be helpful in locating programs (simply click and type the program name) you may need. Any method will work for step 1.

Step 2. In the top right of Google Chrome, click on the 3 dots. Then, highlight 'More tools' before clicking on 'Clear browsing data...'

Step 3. In the resulting window, ensure that the Time range dropdown shows 'All time' and the 3 check boxes are selected on the left; this ensures a complete clearing of the browser's cache.

Step 4. Click the blue Clear data button, then close and reopen the browser; doing so will clear the cache.
