Summary: AVH EPIC can now be accessed from TSC computers when on the Basalt or Aspen networks without having to use AVH's virtual desktop. If connected to VPN or on a private network, you must use Omnissa Horizon VDI.

 

**Note** You can Copy and Paste directly to/from EPIC and your TSC Desktop. 

 

Step 1. Open "AVH EPIC" from Managed bookmarks

 

 

Step 2. Select Continue

 

 

Step 3. Enter Aspen Valley Username

 

 

Step 4. Approve Duo Push

 

 

 

Step 5. Enter AVH Password

 

 

 

Step 6. Select Detect Citrix Workspace app

 

 

Step 7. Check Always Allow, Open Citrix Workspace Launcher, and Already installed

 

 

Step 8. Launch "PRD HyperDrive"

 

 

Step 8. Open the *.ica file. 

 

 

Step 9. Check the box to not ask again and Permit Access, repeat for both boxes.
